Disability inclusion is no longer a side conversation. It’s a business imperative. In this timely and practical session, Myles Wallace of Peak Performer will share what career coaches need to understand right now about disability employment, workplace culture, and inclusive hiring practices. Peak Performers is a nonprofit staffing agency that connects professionals with disabilities to government and private-sector employers. As a Disability Inclusion Partner, Myles works directly with organizations to change perceptions and expand opportunity, helping employers see talent first.
Myles brings real-world insight shaped by his background in B2B sales, recruiting, and digital marketing. You’ll gain clarity on current trends, common misconceptions, and emerging best practices—along with practical language and strategies you can use immediately with clients and employers. You’ll walk away informed, equipped, and ready to lead.
About our presenter: Myles has been with Peak Performers for eight years. As a Disability Inclusion Partner, Myles’s job is to change minds about what it means to live and work with a disability. Myles has a background in B2B sales, recruiting, and digital marketing. Outside of work, he spends his time designing and playing hobby board games, and currently has four games coming out soon.
