Topic: Pull Back the Curtain on LinkedIn: “Secret” Ways to Unlock the Magic
The hours – maybe days – spent writing LinkedIn profiles and pouring through email contacts, little black books, and rolodexes (ahem) have finally paid off. Profile and connections are established. Time to sit back and wait for the views and the opportunities to roll in! Not so fast… Having a great profile and long list of contacts only gets you so far. In this session, Courtney will pull back the LinkedIn curtain, sharing some little-known secrets on how to warm up cold contacts and increase visibility – there’s more to leveraging LinkedIn than you thought!

About Our Presenter
Courtney Warnsman, Ph.D. has been a career development facilitator for over 20 years. Working at Austin Career Connections in Austin, Courtney delivers career transition and development services to individual clients across functional roles and industries.

In addition to her full-time work, Courtney currently serves on the board of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and serves on the advisory board of a startup venture exploring the unique challenges that women experienced as they chose or were forced to step back professionally during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Courtney received her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees in Education from the University of Texas at Austin.
